We wanted to write and express the wonderful, and prompt attention we received from you.

Your representative was prompt, and on the job ready to serve. What impressed me so much was the fact that he scheduled our appointment at 6:30 a.m. so that we were not inconvenienced. He is truly on the job and "taking care of business."

He had given us an estimated date from start to finish from one to two days. The installers came and completed the job in one day. They were thorough, neat, prompt, and there was no mess to clean up.

Our new system works like a charm. Our home has been comfortable all summer long. We are looking forward to entertaining now with our new system.

Recently I had to replace my home heat pump system. I shopped around and decided on the offer from Alaskan quality services. Their comfort consultant was very helpful in all respects. He was easy to contact at any time during the day. This is not the usual. He made every effort to tailor the correct unit for my size home. I did purchase a premium unit but I feel the price was a good one. The day of installation, the installers arrived at 9 a.m. and had finished at 11 a.m. They were professional and made sure the unit was installed correctly. They even cleaned up the mess and hauled off the old equipment. The representative made sure he came by during the install and verified that everything was ok. I am very pleased with the entire Alaskan team and the finished product. I would highly recommend this company for many reasons!
